·	The Bible is the inspired word of God

·	God created the earth to fill it with His glory

·	Man’s disobedience to God’s commands brought suffering and death

·	The Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God and Son of Man, showed us His Father’s  glory in his life of perfect obedience

·	He died for our sins and was raised again by his Father’s power

·	He ascended into heaven to be with his Father and to represent those who are his, who pray to God through him

·	He will return to the earth, to judge those who have known God’s will and to invite faithful believers to share his eternal life

·	He will establish on earth a kingdom in which he and those made immortal will bring blessings to all who submit to his righteous rule

·	This will fulfil promises God made to Abraham and David of a descendant to rule the world, teach men God’s ways and bring justice and peace to all people

·	The natural and spiritual descendants of Abraham are bound up in this great purpose
